Job descriptionBS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. Demonstrated knowledge of multi-threaded software design and development. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and adhering to quality management systems. Remote Work : Limited flexibility; hybrid expected (at least 4 days onsite). RTR (Right to Represent) : Required for submission. Include an email confirmation or signed document in the resume submission. Software Engineer III
Location : San Diego, CA (Hybrid 4 days onsite / 1-day remote minimum)
Rate : ~$53-93 / hr.
Contract Length : 12 Months
Job Overview :
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on developing, enhancing, and sustaining software systems in a regulated environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the design and implementation of software modules, with an emphasis on best engineering practices and established design control processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software systems in alignment with design control processes.
- Analyze software requirements for a specific component and translate them into scalable, maintainable designs.
- Design and implement solutions with moderate supervision.
- Participate in code reviews and documentation processes to ensure code quality and compliance.
- Apply multi-threaded software design principles.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to deliver high-quality products in a regulated, process-oriented environment.
