What you will do

  • Convert warm, inbound leads by phone, text, and email
  • Move fast on customer requests, deliver a standout experience
  • Build a personal book of business, manage your pipeline in our CRM
  • Tailor solutions that fit each property and homeowner
  • Use the playbook you learn in training, then make it your own
  • Level up with ongoing coaching and paid education
