Responsibilities :
Oversee field leads and field techniciansDirectly responsible for training, managing, and evaluating field techniciansConduct ride-along with technicians, site visits with technicians, and provide feedbackEnsure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and if necessary all permits are obtainedMonitor field technicians and leads following company service guidelines for appearance and hygiene.Hold technicians accountable by coaching and supporting them toward determined key performance indicators.Communicate and monitor goalsManage workload and schedules to best utilize manpower and maximize profitsAssist field leads in dutiesFacilitate weekly meetingsResolve customer issues or concerns to ensure complete satisfactionEnsure all department operations are carried out in compliance with local, state, federal, and company requirementsEnsure all team members comply with OSHA safety standards.Harness a safety cultureProvide feedback to executives regarding field trends, technician morale, safety issues, etc.Achieve budgeted average ticket and gross marginMeet or exceed all company goalsPerform clerical duties associated with, but not limited to, field technician paperwork and personnel evaluationsCarry out additional duties assigned by the Operations ManagerQualifications :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Plumbing Service Manager requiredKnowledge of current code requirementsStrong communication and coaching skillsClean driving recordPhysical Requirements :
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and / or move up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, stoop, bend, squat, open doors, and climb / descend stairs.Operate standard office equipment (computers, phones, copier, fax machine or scanner).Environmental Conditions :
