Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Provide friendly, timely, and professional service to guests. Take accurate food and drink orders, using a point-of-sale (POS) system or pad. Serve food and beverages to guests in a manner that aligns with the restaurant's standards. Address guest queries and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare tables by setting linens, silverware, and glassware. Maintain table settings by removing finished courses and replenishing utensils as necessary. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are delivered promptly. Uphold cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Assist with preparing beverages and garnishes for customers, as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and pleasant dining environment for guests and staff. Qualifications : Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for payment processing. Must be able to stand or walk for long periods and lift trays of food or drinks. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
