- Prepare ingredients for daily service — chopping vegetables, portioning meats, making sauces, and more
- Follow recipes and standards to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Assist cooks and chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Properly store food and monitor inventory levels
- Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
