Manager - Marketplace Strategic Initiatives

This team member will play a key role in supporting the strategy and execution of digital campaigns and events across all fashion channels. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Marketplace Fashion is effectively represented, help streamline preparation processes, and contribute to the successful execution of event operations.

Key responsibilities include :

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to align on strategy, representation, and process.
• Supporting the representation of Fashion Marketplace in digital campaigns and events.
• Advocating for the customer by contributing to assortment decisions and competitive pricing discussions.
• Assisting in creating and implementing processes and workflows to streamline preparation and execution.
• Analyzing campaign performance and sharing data-driven insights.
• Developing a strategy to build Flash Deals.
• Attending L1 MSPs, consolidating and reviewing spotlight intakes, pressure testing forecasts, and meeting with stakeholders.
• Being a strong voice and representation of the fashion marketplace for all omni events.
