Job Summary

As a Transplant Coordinator RN, utilize a nursing model for quality patient care. Assess patient needs and create personalized care plans. Watch how patients respond to personalized care. Ensure patients have smooth transitions through healthcare. Prevent complications or delays by understanding needs.

LOCATION :   Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, Texas

SPECIALTY / DEPARTMENT :   Post Kidney Transplant

SHIFT / SCHEDULE :   Full-time, Monday-Friday, can be five 8-hour days or four 10-hour days; on-call about three days a month
