Position Overview

- We are seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead JLL\'s Consulting practice engagements specializing in organizational and operating model design that drives real estate function transformation. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in facilities, real estate or project management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead complex consulting engagements that design operating models to transform client real estate and FM functions using JLL\'s proven methodologiesApply our best-in-class frameworks to meet the needs of our leading clients, delivering enterprise-wide real estate transformations across different industries and environmentsGuide clients through real estate organizational transitions including operating model redesign, organizational restructuring, and process improvementsDesign organizational structures and operating models that transform real estate and facilities management functionsDevelop operating models for real estate functions including organizational restructuring, capability building, process improvements, and FM integrationLead organizational design projects that transform how real estate and FM functions operate and create valueBuild team capabilities in operating model design, establish transformation best practices, and lead skill development programsWork with JLL Consulting leaders and business units to identify opportunities that use operating model expertise for client transformationsSupport business development through proposals, RFPs, and client presentations on real estate transformation and operating modelsPartner across JLL service lines including Work Dynamics, Project & Development Services, Capital Markets, and Facility Management to deliver integrated solutions that transform client operationsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Strategy, Change Management, Organizational Development, Operations Management, or related field10-15 years of experience in consulting or industry roles with demonstrable focus on organizational transformation, facilities management strategy, operational design, and change management initiativesProven expertise in client advisory with specialization in organizational design, facilities management optimization, transformation program design, and implementationDeep understanding of facilities management operations, organizational design principles, service delivery models, and governance structuresExperience with facilities management outsourcing, insourcing transitions, and organizational restructuring initiativesStrong track record developing and implementing strategies for large corporate clientsSuperior executive presence with exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling capabilitiesExperience with leading and mentoring diverse and multi-faceted project teamsHistory of delivering quantifiable business results and ROI through organizational transformation and facilities management optimization programsAbility to navigate complex organizational structures and influence cross-functional stakeholdersProject management experienceMastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and understanding of facilities management systemsAttributes
