CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including : a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

Your Role in Our Patients' Journey :

• Guiding Care :  Apply the nursing process to develop and execute personalized care plans that promote positive patient outcomes.
• Empathetic Education :  Serve as an educator and resource for patients, families, and colleagues, sharing vital health information in an understandable and compassionate way.
• Clinical Excellence :  Perform thorough vital sign assessments, comprehensive nursing assessments, and accurate medication reconciliations.
• Team Support :  Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with clinical duties and ensure smooth medication refill processes.
• Accurate Documentation :  Maintain precise and timely patient records, contributing to a seamless care continuum.
