Roofing Construction Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Construction Foreman to lead and manage roofing crews on residential and / or commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on-site.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Train and mentor crew members to improve efficiency and skill levels.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and tools.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Document daily progress and report to management.
