California Licensed Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate, draft, and redline various commercial agreements while collaborating with internal stakeholders

Support critical commercial matters, including complex transactions and technology integrations

Provide legal guidance to internal functions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in a state bar with good standing

5+ years of legal experience, either in-house or at a law firm

Experience in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements

Strong understanding of balancing legal risks with business needs

Experience with technology transactions and healthcare agreements is preferred
