Kitchen Istanbul is seeking a full-time Prep Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our team for weekend dinner services. The role involves assisting in all kitchen tasks to help ensure a smooth, high-quality service, with a special focus on ingredient and mise-en-place preparation. The Prep Cook works under Chef Busra Ayvaz and is expected to be willing and able to perform all tasks assigned to them by Chef. Applicants must have prior kitchen experience and availability for dinner shifts beginning at 2 : 00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, as well as a availability for a full prep day on Wednedsay.
Position Responsibilities :
- Prepare ingredients and kitchen stations
- Maintain mise-en-place throughout service
- Uphold kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Assist in all kitchen tasks as needed
