Responsibilities

  • Connect with new leads as well as generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online prospecting.
  • Assess clients needs and recommend suitable insurance products, including auto, home, life, health, and business coverage.
  • Provide clear, professional explanations of policy options, terms, and benefits.
  • Prepare quotes, process applications, and assist clients through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay up to date on insurance products, industry trends, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience; insurance sales preferred but not required.
  • Possess an active Property and Casualty licensed or be willing to obtain one in 30 days. Licensing assistance available.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
