Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Hours : Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, MondayFriday
Assignment : One campus (K12 Caseload)
Position Overview
Blazer Jobs is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support studentsin North Charleston, SC for the 20252026 school year. This position involves working with a K12 population in a small, structured school environment that provides individualized instruction and behavioral support for students with academic or behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Support IEP goal development and implementation
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success
Provide training and coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and families
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Prior experience in a school-based or behavioral support setting preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and data collection skills
