The Sr Analyst - Clinical Transformation will collaborate with others on initiatives critical to improving clinical outcomes for DaVita patients. They will work with a team of highly-motivated individuals with management consulting, process public health, change management, and healthcare delivery experience and are expected to effectively manage individual work streams and communicate recommendations to their team leads and cross-functional partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analytics and Strategic Synthesis :

Analyzes large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1-5 years of total work experience

Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating / financial performance preferred

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year.
