Our client, a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation in the Dallas market, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. Specializing in ground-up commercial projects, including grocery stores, big box retail, and select healthcare facilities, this contractor offers a solid pipeline of high-profile work and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage ground-up commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams.
