Family or Internal Medicine Physician

Salary : $230,000 - $280,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and manage a wide range of patient types including adults, pediatric, and geriatrics, ensuring comprehensive care.
 - Perform diagnostic procedures such as EKG and x-ray interpretation.
 - Provide acute and chronic care management, expertly navigating the complexities of multiple patient needs.
 - Collaborate with physician leadership and operations management to enhance service delivery.
 - Participate in outpatient care from Monday to Friday, maintaining a steady 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule for optimal work-life balance.
 - Engage and contribute to the development of practice policies and patient care protocols.
 
Minimum Position Qualifications :
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Ability to manage a diverse range of patient needs from pediatrics to geriatrics.Adept at procedural skills including splinting, minor trauma care, and routine diagnostic tests.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.Commitment to continuous education and staying informed on leading medical practices.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a medical practice is highly desirable.Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and telemedicine.Special interest in geriatrics or adult medicine with a willingness to develop further expertise.Skills :
