Job descriptionConduct intake sessions to evaluate patient history and mental health needs. Provide follow-up medication management and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care. Track and measure care outcomes to continually improve the quality of services. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours per week, including availability for a combination of evenings, weekends, and lunchtime sessions. Regularly attend and participate in monthly NP small team meetings, monthly staff meetings, and any additional supervisory meetings as indicated. Active PMHNP or FNP license in Tennessee. At least 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or related settings. Experience working with women or adolescents, especially in reproductive or hormonal health. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility : Work remotely with a schedule that works for you. Compensation Details
Intake Appointments (60 min) $70 per session
Follow-Up Appointments (up to 30 min) $44 per session
Brief Follow-Up Appointments (up to 20 min) $35 per session
