RIVANNA seeks a versatile Social Media & Content Manager to execute marketing assets across digital, print, and video platforms. This role combines hands-on content creation with project management, serving as the production engine of the marketing team. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and organized — someone who consistently produces polished, on-brand work, meets deadlines, and ensures content is accurate and launch-ready. Success in this role requires a high level of ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail within RIVANNA’s performance-driven culture.
Responsibilities
Develop visual assets for social, digital, print, and events
Film and edit short-form lo-fi videos for social media
Design branded sales and product presentations
Manage RIVANNA’s organic social media presence
Support marketing campaigns with high-quality, brand-aligned content
Organize and maintain creative templates, asset libraries, and media
Track and self-manage marketing projects
Coordinate deliverables with internal and external partners
Uphold brand standards, accuracy, and delivery timelines
Maintain SOPs, templates, and scalable content workflows
Own the quality, completeness, and consistency of all deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
Adobe Suite and Canva proficiency
Experience in a content creation role
Experience with video production, including filming and editing for short-form lo-fi marketing content
Experience managing marketing workflows in ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality ownership
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Familiarity with tools such as Blender or Adobe After Effects is a plus
Familiarity with MedTech, healthcare, or regulated industries a plus
