Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk needed in the Rancho Cordova area for a well-established, fast-growing company. This position offers a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a locally owned organization, built on a reputation of outstanding customer service and meeting the needs of the Sacramento community, to grow within a reputable organization. This is a full time, temp to hire opportunity with excellent benefits. Qualified candidates will be considered immediately. Pay range $19-$21 hourly.
Responsibilities:
General data entry of information into the database.
Processing mail for incoming payments.
May process credit card payments.
Interaction with staff and customers.
Assists with other clerical duties in support of billing functions.
Requirements:
Must have a strong attention to detail
Knowledge of AS400 Software preferred
Excellent customer service skills.
Two years plus of clerical experience.
Experience with billing preferred.
Strong communication skills.
Pay range $20-$22 hourly.
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
