Rockford Silk Screen is currently seeking a dynamic, client-focusedProject Managerto join our team. This role takes ahybrid approach, workingcollaboratively with both clients and the Sales Teamto develop strategic alliances and ensure the successful execution of print and production projects. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator and relationship builder who ensures every project meets or exceeds client expectations.
Print production knowledge is a plus butnot requiredwe value individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for client service and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Focused Project Coordination
- Serve as aprimary point of contact for assigned clientsthroughout the project lifecycle, alongside the Sales Team.
- Partner with clients and Sales Representatives to gain a deep understanding of project goals, timelines, and specifications.
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with clients regarding project progress, approvals, and delivery expectations.
- Address client concerns proactively and work to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
Strategic Sales Partnership
Collaborate with Sales to support client growth and retention through strategic project execution.Join client meetings or calls as needed to translate creative or technical requirements into actionable steps.Provide consultative input on production capabilities, feasibility, timelines, and costs to help guide sales proposals and planning.Cross-Functional Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, Quality, Estimation, Scheduling, Sourcing, Shipping) to ensure all project details are clearly understood and executed correctly.Lead regular internal project meetings to align stakeholders on progress, risks, and key deliverables.Act as the bridge between client expectations and production realities, ensuring internal teams have what they need to succeed.Quality and Process Oversight
Work with the Quality Team to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.Help implement corrective actions and communicate resolution strategies to both clients and internal stakeholders when needed.Documentation and Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate project records inOdoo, including timelines, specifications, and communications.Contribute to internal documentation and best practices based on project learnings and client feedback.Seek ways to continuously improve client experience and internal workflows.Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.2+ years in Project Management or Client Services role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing / production setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.Comfortable using computers and learning new systems; proficiency inGoogle Workspace, especiallyGoogle Sheets.Experience working inOdooor similar ERP / CRM systems is a plus.What We Offer
