PC Technician

Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE :

As a PC Technician III, you will be responsible for troubleshooting intermediate-level hardware and software.

Position Status : Full-Time Hourly

Location : Gold Strike Casino - Tunica, MS

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Install, upgrade, and repair desktop systems.
• Add user workstations to the network and user applications to workstations.
• Troubleshoot client issues and monitor the help desk queue.
• Maintain all support of POS, printers, hardware, and assorted peripherals and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Perform intermediate-level hardware / software troubleshooting.
• Ensure the computer room is kept clean and orderly.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

This position may require strenuous physical activities and exposure to pipe, cigar, and / or cigarette smoking. An ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays may also be required.
