Job descriptionConsult with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and style inspiration. Recommend personalized services based on hair type, features, and lifestyle. Perform expert haircuts, coloring (balayage, highlights, ombré, etc.), treatments, and blowouts. Install extensions and perform keratin and specialty services (training provided if needed). Educate clients on product usage and maintenance for healthy, lasting results. Ensure every client leaves feeling confident, refreshed, and part of the Moxie family. Valid North Carolina cosmetology license (or equivalent). Proven experience as a hairstylist, colorist, or similar role preferred. Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, and coloring techniques. Knowledge of current beauty and fashion trends. Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating exceptional client experiences.
