Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of IT, the Salesforce Administrator will support GNYHA's workforce by overseeing and enhancing the organization's new Salesforce platform and GNYHA's goal of tracking, managing, and measuring interactions with its membership. This role works with staff across departments to maintain system reliability, implement updates, and provide support that ensures Salesforce is a useful and dependable tool for daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce environment.
- Configure, build, test, deploy, and document customizations including fields, objects, workflows, and automation.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making that advances GNYHA member advocacy efforts.
- Meet with stakeholders of all levels and departments to gather business requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality system enhancements.
- Analyze and evaluate current business processes to recommend and implement Salesforce-driven improvements.
- Oversee user and license management, including creating new user accounts, assigning roles and permissions, and onboarding and training users.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for user issues, system errors, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices for data quality, security, and compliance in accordance with internal protocols.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.At least one year of professional experience as a Salesforce administrator or in a similar technical role.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, workflows, and reporting.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common business productivity applicationsExcellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to maintain comprehensive documentation.Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively across all organizational levelsExceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to prioritize effectively and recognize when to follow-up or escalate issues.Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).Familiarity with technical concepts such as data modeling, APIs, or programming.Salary Range : $80,000 - $90,000
