Salary Range : $60k-65k - MUST have 3-5 years experience to qualify for pay range listed

We are looking for an experienced Truck Shop Service Advisor with a focus on Ram Trucks to join our award-winning service department team...40+ bay service department to provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of technicians through scheduling and assigning work
• Provide quality, friendly, professional customer service
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
• Communicate directly with technicians regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Efficiently and accurately ensure quality repair work in accordance with dealerships and factory standards
