Who We Are NOT Looking For :

• Agents who are desperate to make money
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70 / month)
• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For :

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL, IBC, and FIA. We operate exclusively through virtual meetings via phone and Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
