3 years experience, residency training and / or BPS certification such as BCPS, BCIDP, BCCCP or BSCSP, or ASHP mico-certifications or SIDP or other infectious diseases certification are preferredWhat areas will they cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) : both campuses - Inpatient, ER, ICU, MedSurg, Telemetry, PACU, ORs, Mother / Baby, NICUCommon Duties / Job Requirements / SkillsAll aspects of pharmacy operations including regulatory requirements. Must be able to help staff on rare occasions for emergencies; Must perform antibiotic stewardship program (ASP) functions i.e. vancomycin and aminoglycoside dosing, insulin and other drug monitoring, providing drug information to Medical StaffExperience or 'Must have' skillsExperienced with ASP, Sterile compounding, Cerner or other CPOE database, Omnicell or similar ADM system, medidose unit packaging, Kit check and control checkPharmacy Manager / SupervisorYESPharmacy Techs?YESShifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling?
