Responsibilities & Duties :
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing service, support, information, and guidance
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Requires a close working relationship with parts, sales and service managers to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Proper coverage of territory will require extensive travel within the territory, to develop relationships with customers and provide them with a high level of product support.
Qualifications & Skills :
Strong sales background and possess strong self-motivation skillsOutgoing and have the drive to satisfy the needs of our growing customer baseHeavy equipment or technical background is a plusApplicants must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbove average computer skillsDOT medical card required due to having a company provided vehicle that may be used to tow items from time to time.Must be able to lift items up to 50lbs. without assistance.Must be able to perform thorough machine inspections, which often requires climbing up, down, under and around heavy mining and construction equipment.Undercarriage inspections will require a PSSR to have the ability to work at ground level and perform the inspection and take measurements.Benefits :
