Key Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager.Licensure : Possess an active Property & Casualty license.Technical Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in insurance agency management systems (e.g., EPIC, AMS360), Microsoft Office Suite, carrier websites, and other relevant industry software.Communication & Organizational Skills : Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities.Book of Business Management : Proven experience in managing a diverse book of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.Core Responsibilities :
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.Deliver a superior customer experience by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.Efficiently process insurance certificates, notices of cancellation, and policy change requests / endorsements.Manage requests for information and documentation with precision and timeliness.Prepare comprehensive applications for submission, utilizing underwriting information provided by producers.Diligently follow up with markets to secure competitive quotations and facilitate timely policy issuance.Apply now!
