About the Role

Located in Clearwater FL

Were looking for a motivated personable Store Associate to join our retail team in this role youll be the face of the brandgreeting customers offering assistance answering questions and guiding them through their purchase journey. Youll ensure every shopper leaves satisfied informed and excited to return.

This is a hands-on customer-facing role where youll contribute directly to the stores success through outstanding service product knowledge and teamwork.

What Youll Do

Welcome and engage customers in a warm professional manner as they enter the store.

Assist shoppers in finding products answering questions and providing detailed information on features pricing and promotions.

Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Maintain store appearance by keeping displays neat restocking shelves and ensuring products are merchandised attractively.

Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent service and suggestive selling techniques.

Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policies to maintain customer satisfaction.

Stay informed on product updates seasonal promotions and brand initiatives.

Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive store atmosphere.

What Were Looking For

Outgoing approachable and friendly personality with strong communication skills.

A genuine interest in helping people and providing solutions that fit their needs.

Reliability punctuality and a professional attitude.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Previous experience in retail customer service or sales is helpfulbut were happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
