Job description :
- Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax strategies
- Collaborate with partners on trust administration and wealth transfer planning
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on estate planning issues
- Support clients with probate filings and estate administration
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school23 years of estate planning experience in private practice or boutique firmActive Kentucky Bar License (or eligibility to waive in)Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and trust lawExcellent writing, research, and communication skillsWhy is This a Great Opportunity :
