This practice is looking for a dentist who is motivated, clinically skilled, and looking for a long-term home with partnership potential. Our office provides comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry in a welcoming, community-focused environment. With a loyal patient base and growing demand, this opportunity allows a new associate / trial partner to step into a busy schedule from day one as the solo provider.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active or Eligible to Obtain Washington dental license
• Solid clinical foundation in all aspects general dentistry
• Experience in pediatric, endodontic or surgical procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
• Collaborative approach to teamwork and clinical excellence
