Bremer Restaurant Management is looking for a well qualified General Manager for our Taco John's restaurant in Beatrice, NE.
The ideal candidate is a positive, customer focused leader with a proven track record in restaurant management. Experience in a quick service environment is highly preferred.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide overall vision and leadership to the store
- Manage daily operations
- Hire, train and develop staff
- Work closely with management team to meet sales objectives
- Implement strategies to increase sales
- Ensure guest satisfaction
