Job descriptionProvide technical assistance andsupport to end-users for hardware and software-related issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop,laptop, and peripheral problems. Install, configure, and maintainoperating systems and software applications. Set up and maintain user accounts,profiles, and access permissions. Ensure timely resolution oftechnical issues to minimize downtime. Install, update, and patch softwareapplications and operating systems. Ensure software licenses andcompliance. Troubleshoot software-relatedproblems and conflicts. Provide on-site support for hardwareand software issues when required. Communicate technical information tonon-technical users effectively.

- Experienced in desktop engineeringand support and Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in anenterprise environment, Excellent Customer Service in Face-to-Face, Telephoneor Electronic Interaction with Clients
- Good documentation, language, andcommunications Skills
- Problem-Solving and troubleshootingskills
- Install, configure and deployWindows 10 desktop and laptop PCs.
- Install and troubleshoot softwareand PC peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Good Understanding of ComputerSupport and Troubleshooting, Knowledge of Windows XP, 7, and 10 along with MacOSX, Windows Server products and / or Apple Operating Systems,
- Experience supporting MicrosoftOffice 2016 and newer versions.
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM OSDprocess to image PCs.
- Analyze and resolve hardware,software and application problems for networked and stand-alone computersystems and networked resources.
