Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Project Management

• Project Planning & Management : Develops project scope, budgets, and schedules. Assigns tasks and manages resources (including team members and subcontractors) to ensure project completion within budget and timeline. Coordinates project activities and conducts meetings to track progress and address any issues.
• Client Communication & Leadership : Acts as the primary contact point for assigned clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Leads project teams by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Quality Assurance : Oversees the implementation of quality control (QC) procedures at all project stages. Ensures adherence to company standards, including quality assurance (QA) specifications and Computer-Aided Design (CADD) guidelines.
• Performance Evaluation : Contributes to mid-year and year-end performance reviews by documenting the contributions of project team members. May directly supervise project staff, providing feedback and addressing performance concerns.

Compensation Range

$109,000.00 - $171,800.00

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to : individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
