Anesthesiologist Locums Job in Dunkirk, New York

Details of Assignment :

Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm

One MD to 4 / 5 CRNAs. 90% supervision with occasional hands on work.

CRNAs take call under surgeon supervision at night when they're on call. Doctors that can take call on nights and weekends are preferred.

Call on rotation with two other MDs. Call schedule is on nights for a particular week and then weekend call - beeper call. 7 day call stretch essentially.

Case Mix : General Anesthesia, some fiberoptic airway devices, arterial line placement, some central venous line placement and massive transfusion management, Total Join Arthroplasty, experience with high acuity cases needed, some Trauma, some Vascular. GI cases. Ultrasound guided blocks. Mainly Adult cases and geriatric cases but there are some pediatric cases from 3-12. NO OB
