Job Summary :

The Clinic Supervisor provides direct quality care and treatment to patients requiring Cardiovascular related services while promoting patient’s physical comfort and providing emotional support to the patient and family while providing oversight of other clinic staff in collaboration with the Clinical Manager of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations, establish goals, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Business Conduct, company policies, and all applicable laws and regulations, while maintaining internal systems for compliance.
• Provide direct supervision and leadership, overseeing performance management, attendance, scheduling, and staff development in partnership with Human Resources.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and data collection processes to improve clinic operations.
• Assure proper scheduling of patient appointments within insurance parameters.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, standardize workflows, and enhance clinical efficiency.
• Assist with all clinical duties.
• Oversee risk management systems and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Lead training initiatives for clinical support staff, including onboarding and competency assessments, in collaboration with education and quality teams.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, counseling, conducting performance reviews, and managing disciplinary actions.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration between departments to support clinic operations.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay Range : $70,000 - $80,000 Depending on experience, and qualifications.
