Description : Houseperson Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team. The Houseperson will be responsible for cleaning and general maintenance duties to ensure that our hotel facilities are clean and presentable for guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Houseperson Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and lounges
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstery
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Empty trash cans and dispose of trash
- Replenish supplies such as soaps, towels, and toilet paper
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
