Role Overview
As a Herman Miller Seating Store – General Manager, you will guide and educate through demonstration and fit journeys, deliver exceptional client experiences, coach your team, and achieve sales goals. You will also manage store operations, including hiring, performance management, and merchandising, reporting to the Regional Manager.
