Responsibilities

  • Manage global identities and endpoint devices, ensuring security compliance, software deployment, and attack remediation.
  • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and related platforms, including account provisioning, deactivation, and group policies.
  • Oversee user onboarding / offboarding and enforce password policies, MFA, and least-privilege principles.
  • Configure, patch, and harden systems, endpoints, and network devices (switches, firewalls, wireless access points).
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Defender tools.
  • Identify and respond to cybersecurity threats, perform incident triage, and maintain security baselines.
  • Provide technical support and cybersecurity guidance to staff, including awareness training.
  • Evaluate emerging tools and recommend strategies to enhance global security posture.
  • Perform other security-related tasks as assigned by IT leadership.

Qualifications

  • MS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or IT preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and systems administration.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 administration, and Microsoft 365 apps (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Experience with endpoint management, vulnerability management, secure configurations, and incident response.
  • Hands-on experience with network device configuration and management.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, iOS environments.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
