A company is looking for a Sr. Category Manager - External Talent (Contingent Workforce).
Key Responsibilities
Lead an enterprise-wide External Talent category with hundreds of suppliers for non-technical contingent workers and advisor engagements
Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to drive financial value and ensure compliance
Build partnerships with business leaders, procurement, HR, and external workforce suppliers to drive innovation and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred
7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting
Proven experience managing a large global contingent workforce program preferred
Ability to assess complex problems and drive data-backed decisions
Experience in creating analytical outputs and performance reports
