As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Nashville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, respond to incidents as needed, and deliver exceptional customer service through professional communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter prohibited activity and observe unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the manufacturing and industrial location to help to deter unauthorized access.

Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, observations, and incidents during shifts.

Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding incidents and site needs.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and / or identification as required by site procedures.

Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting first responders when necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
