Customer Service Representative

Tarvos Talent is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing client located in Austin, TX. This contract, onsite role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team that’s passionate about delivering exceptional service.

As the Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, handling requests via phone, email, and support platforms. You’ll use established templates and resources to assist members with renewals and account questions, ensure issues are resolved promptly, and escalate more complex matters when needed. This role is key to maintaining a smooth customer experience and supporting internal teams through daily collaboration and process coordination.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or member support, a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. A team-oriented mindset, organizational strength, and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals are essential to succeed in this role.
