Essential Job Functions
Manage and supervise the student ambassadors program to support orientation programs and campus tours.
Conduct individual and group tours for prospective students, families, and external groups.
Oversee operations of student services labs, ensuring they meet the needs of new students.
Assist in developing and implementing online and in-person orientation activities and events.
Develop and update training materials for student ambassadors for consistent tour and orientation delivery.
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including office scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Assist in managing the orientation and tour budget, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Coordinate and manage inventory, supply orders, and office maintenance for orientation and tour operations.
Collaborate with campus partners to support and promote orientation and campus tour initiatives.
Additional Job Functions
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in orientation and student services.
Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager of Orientation and New Student Programs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of campus resources and services.

Outstanding customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking.
Required Education
Associate's degree from a regionally accredited college / university or three years of related experience.
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college / university.
Required Experience
Experience in a customer service or student services role.
Experience in organizing and leading tours or similar events.
Experience providing administrative support.
Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Should have experience / training in one or more of the following areas : higher education, student affairs administration, or a related field.
Should have experience in presenting workshops and in creating publications, as well as project management and event planning.
Banner software experience preferred.
Should have experience in organizing and implementing change, and experience in achieving objectives, particularly when subject to time / cost constraints.
Should have experience with scheduling, assigning, delegating, monitoring, and evaluating the work of staff.
Should have experience with safeguarding sensitive or confidential information from intentional or unintentional disclosure.
