IT Field Technician
We are in search for a IT Field Technician to join the dynamic team of professionals providing world class IT services to its clients in the Boston, MA. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with a proven track record to develop, implement, and support various initiatives in the area of IT Support.Responsibilities :
- Attending customer support requests via phone, email or in person.
- Performing server and network troubleshooting remotely and on site
- Doing application deployments
- Follow change control process
- Managing servers and network equipment
- Document and follow procedures
- Work on projects and tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Be available for emergencies and scheduled tasks during off business hours
- Be available for off hours on-call rotation.
- On-site visits to client site as needed
