Behavior Therapist (ABA) – Full-Time | Marlborough, MA
Join a supportive, mission-driven team helping preschool-aged children with autism and developmental disabilities reach their fullest potential. As a Behavior Therapist (ABA) , you’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach communication, social, and daily living skills through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) .
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct ABA services in one-to-one or small-group settings to preschool-aged children.
- Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
- Record data accurately to track client progress.
- Support families through feedback and training.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
- Complete documentation and training requirements on time.
Qualifications
Education : High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred.Experience : 6+ months working with children or individuals with autism preferred.Skills : Compassionate, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Requirements :Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
