Job descriptionOperate hand / power tools. Knowledge of all models of doors. Understand Section Height Charts. Properly start-up, run and shut-down machines within the department. Properly lift skins and completed sections. Move completed orders to the correct locations. Assist in Production and Shipping areas as requested. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management. Maintains a high level of quality to eliminate mistakes. Operate with Passion, Energy and Enthusiasm. Always remain safety conscious. High level of attention to detail and organization. Excellent time management skills. Mechanical aptitude. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols. Able to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to read and interpret job specs. Ability to perform basic math skills. Sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills in all situations. Ability to read a tape measure. Skilled hand / eye coordination.
