Job Description
- Provides frontline technical support for the deployment of iPhones used with Epic Rover.
- Assists with staging, configuration, distribution, and end-user support during deployment events.
Key Responsibilities (Techs)
Stage and configure iPhones with required apps and settings.Assist with distribution and user setup at clinical sites.Provide on-site troubleshooting and user guidance.Support onboarding / offboarding of devices.Track and update device inventory during deployment.#LI-Onsite
