Job Description

  • Provides frontline technical support for the deployment of iPhones used with Epic Rover.
  • Assists with staging, configuration, distribution, and end-user support during deployment events.

Key Responsibilities (Techs)

  • Stage and configure iPhones with required apps and settings.
  • Assist with distribution and user setup at clinical sites.
  • Provide on-site troubleshooting and user guidance.
  • Support onboarding / offboarding of devices.
  • Track and update device inventory during deployment.
