Team Lead for Integrations

A company is looking for a Team Lead for Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the design, development, and implementation of integrations with external systems

Lead a small team of integration engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship

Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure integrations are reliable, scalable, and well-tested

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in integration engineering, interoperability, or healthcare IT

Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, or manage other engineers

Strong experience with C# / .NET in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment

Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MongoDB, Redis)

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Azure DevOps, Terraform)
