Salary : BASIC PURPOSE :

Provide general support and secretarial services, as directed.

PRINCIPAL ACOUNTABILITIES :

• Services customers in a courteous, efficient & professional manner; maintains a professional working relationship with co-workers.
• Performs general loan account maintenance and responds to customer inquiries.
• Inputs new personal, credit line and real estate loan account information into the core system; assembles and verifies file documentation; prepares check disbursements; settles and balances transactions; runs APR compliance tests as necessary.
• Inputs participation records for new Freddie Mac fundings into the core system; settles and balances funding transactions.
• Lead for performing complex reporting tasks, ensuring compliance, relating to servicing of Freddie Mac Loans.
• Assembles / submits quality control packages pursuant to Freddie Mac loan file requests.
• Acts as lead to perform all functions of annual mass escrow analysis. Reviews all account analysis reports for accuracy and performs follow-up maintenance and resolves customer issues.
• Acts as lead to perform all functions relating to bi-annual property tax escrow disbursements to include disbursement entries, maintaining and sending tax bill request lists to the municipality contacts, error resolution and customer contact.
• Performs all functions relating to annual non-escrowed property tax research. Prepares reports for county research on an annual basis and maintains tracking reports for collection purposes. Prepares demand letters for delinquent property tax customers and acts as a main point of contact.
• Reviews numerous daily edit and transaction history reports and follows up on necessary maintenance items.
• Maintains accessible filing system for active and closed real estate and consumer loans. Adheres to retention policy guidelines.
• Performs general filing tasks and assists in maintaining loan storage areas.
• Provide assistance and function in a backup capacity to the counterpart Loan Servicing Specialist role and other areas of the Loan Department as needed. Cross training for backup support is common and anticipated and can include extended training in other areas within the Loan Department that have not been included in this job description.
• Complies with security policies, internal controls and procedures.
• Performs all other duties and projects as assigned
